One of the benefits to our service is our relationships with local Realtors, rental specialists, property managers, and private landlords who have many properties in their inventory. The landlords share with us their inventory with the hopes that we have a qualified tenant(s) to place in one of their properties.  By working with us, you would have access to those rental options as well.
 
Depending on your rental criteria, your Guided Rental Tour may include 7 - 13 properties to see in a day.  In 2008, 93% of the searches we conducted ended with a lease signing!  Due to the time consuming nature of this search, we like to have at least 2 weeks notice to make sure we’ll be able to provide you with the best service possible.  You’ll want to make sure you have a Thursday and/or Friday available for this search.
