One question many homeowners ask themselves is whether to renovate their current home or move to a new home that has all the features they’re looking for. Before you take on a major renovation – it’s important to consider what the cost of the project is and, if it’s important to you, what the value may be at the time of resale. It’s important to recognize, that “value” may not be measure in terms of dollars you recoup for your renovation – but an investment in making your home even more marketable to a wider pool of buyers.
