A highly skilled sales and marketing professional, Cindy Feloney brings years of experience to working with home buyers and sellers. For more than 20 years, Cindy owned and operated John's Shoe Shop North, a successful retail store in Richmond. 

Having grown up in a family owned business, Cindy's lifetime of training in customer service; adapting to ever changing market conditions; and building a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients are valuable skills for her real estate clients. Before opening her own store, she spent five years in banking working her way to an internal auditor position. While the corporate environment had advantages, her passion was where the family started - and she decided to open her own retail store. 

Over the years the retail environment changed dramatically. While Cindy adapted her business strategies along the way, she never lost sight of the core values instilled in her for generations: service and providing value to her customers. In 2004, with competition from nearby big box stores growing, her strategy was so successful that her business expanded - diversifying the product mix for her customers, while adding jobs to the local area. 

Cindy continues to be an active member of the Richmond business community as an owner of investment property and member of the Western Slopes Business Association.
