Sybil Dunne
Vice President of Marketing
When your firm's culture supports doing the right thing and being the best at it, the people who surround you operate with the highest integrity, innovative thinking, and passion. That's what Sybil enjoys most about heading up the Marketing & Innovation Team for Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman.
Under her direction, the firm has successfully developed a comprehensive, in-house marketing program with an extensive media mix. From digital media to design services and advertising, the marketing program offered to clients and agents of Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman is the most extensive in the marketplace. Since joining the firm in 2004, Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman has grown to its leading position in Vermont real estate, ranks in the top 50 Offices for Coldwell Banker, has increased its team to 100+ Agents and staff, and now operates from their Burlington headquarters and a real estate center in St. Albans and Vergennes.
Sybil has co-chaired the Hickok & Boardman Companies United Way Campaign for 15+ years, a leading workplace campaign raising millions of dollars for the local community. She served as president of Girls on the Run Vermont, a statewide program to inspire girls of all abilities to recognize their inner strength. She also donates her expertise to Mercy Connections and Women United. One of her proudest accomplishments was returning to her alma mater, Champlain College, as an adjunct marketing professor. She continues to provide Internship placement opportunities for students interested in a marketing or real estate career.
Formerly the Director of Promotional Services for the State of Vermont, Sybil led a coordinated marketing effort across state government. The Council of State Governments recognized her work as the first in the country and a model for others. She later served as Deputy Commissioner of Tourism, developing private/public partnerships and coordinating regional advertising and tourism marketing initiatives. Before working for the State of Vermont, she served nearly ten years as Director of Marketing for University Mall - earning a certification from the Council of International Shopping Centers.
Whether for a home seller, buyer, or the talented team of real estate professionals at Vermont's leading real estate firm, Sybil is passionate about seeking opportunities that bring value and results, build partnerships, and make a lasting impression.
