Dawn oversees the transaction from the contract to closing for the Lipkin Audette Team. She will be your point of contact once your contract is accepted. She manages every contractual detail through closing to post-sale, follow-up, so you can be assured that everything will be handled in the most professional manner. Together we will provide consistent closing updates to all parties. Her goal is to ensure that each client has a smooth and memorable transaction.
