Leslee MacKenzie is a recognized leader in Vermont's real estate industry and has brought her vision and analytic skills to one of the state's most storied companies. Under her leadership as President/Owner, Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman has flourished, rising from a team of 13 to over 110 sales associates and staff, and ranked northwest Vermont's top real estate firm. The team handles one in every four transactions in the market. She is dedicated to providing her agents the tools they need to offer outstanding service to Vermont buyers and sellers while mapping out strategies for Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman's continued growth.


A graduate of the University of Vermont, Leslee moved to Boston after college and worked for ten years in retail management. Roles included department manager, assistant buyer, and division sales manager. After a decade, Leslee returned to Vermont and joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman, first as a sales associate, then as Sales Manager, and, in 1998, President and Owner.
 
Leslee spearheaded the firm's growth by relying on her philosophy of innovation and putting clients first. The firm focused on residential sales, investment properties, luxury homes, and new construction. Since then, Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman has seen steady growth in sales volume and property sold, ranking among the top Coldwell Banker companies nationwide.
 
Under Leslee's leadership, the company is the only agency in Vermont to boast dedicated relocation services and employ dedicated in-house marketing and technology staff. Realizing the importance of Realtor education and development, Leslee has led the firm's efforts to offer comprehensive in-house training and support for its agents. As a result, the company is known throughout Vermont for its unparalleled customer service and its Realtors' deep knowledge and professionalism. The company is also among the top 50 Coldwell Banker companies worldwide.
 
Leslee is very active in the community and the real estate industry. She serves as NAR Federal Political Coordinator to Vermont Congresswoman Becca Balint, acting as a resource on real estate issues and related policy impacts on Vermonters. She has received the Vermont Realtors Distinguished Service Award winner for her work with both national & state associations. She has served as past President of the Vermont Association of Realtors, Director of the National Association of Realtors, on the Board of Directors for the Vermont Business Roundtable, and many statewide and regional non-profits, including Camp Dudley. 


Leslee is currently on the Executive Committee of the Burlington Business Association. She lives in Burlington with her two children and dog, Charlie.
